  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Manager to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Strategic planning and lead a team of staff in managing the business front office and facilitating operations including but not limited to maintenance, security, housekeeping (including cleaning, landscaping and recycling), dining and financial matters.
  • Budget planning, control and forecasting with bottom-line perspective
  • Formulate SOP for routine and preventive operations
  • Procurement activities include tender documentation in accordance to the prescribed framework.
  • Effective deployment to deliver day to day facilities management requirements including all hard and soft services
  • Implementing all preventative maintenance programmes for all building, M&E installations in compliance with statutory/ authority requirements
  • Formulate specifications for contract works and ensure contractors' compliance  of work scope 
  • Manage dining facilities such as Residential lounge) management matters
  • Promote and organise interactive bonding activities/events in a highly collaborative and culturally diverse campus environment and develop effective relationship among residents 
  • Work with all stakeholders to carry out renovation and upgrading projects works at KV 
  • Responsible for Business Continuity Plan with KV and respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
  • Any other duties as required by management

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Degree in Building/ Estate Mgt with at least 5 years experience with strong supervisory, finance management skills and business acumen
  • Strong management skills, leadership qualities and customer-oriented
  • Good trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills and experience in handling outsourced business partners will be an advantage
  • Qualified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) will be an advantage
  • Excellent writing and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A good team player who is passionate, proactive, meticulous and responsible with a willingness to learn
