  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, an established Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy firm, is seeking a dynamic Business Support Executive (1-year or 6 months contract) to join their team!

The responsibilities of the role are as below:

Designated Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely updates of records in the system and in resolving issues.
  • Handle and assist customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate documents for tenders
  • Prepare quotations and generate delivery orders (DO) 
  • Send out the inspection report and or tax invoice to the respective client.
Team Responsibilities
  • Answering of phone calls. (Inclusive of Mainline & DID)
  • Scanning and archiving of important and essential documents.
  • Attending to client’s request and ad-hoc inquiry.
  • Refer the client to engineers to attend to technical inquiries.
  • Activating standby engineers for emergency call out.

  • Cleaners Attendance and matters
  • Office Up keeping
  • Courier Services
  • Generator Set Report
  • Archiving of Faxes
  • Monitoring and Updating of Google Calendar
  • Redirecting Approval Letter/Faxes
  • External Purchases
  • Inventory of Company T-Shirts
  • Cleanliness and Tidiness of CRC
  • Liaise with vendors for office repair works
  • Raise Purchase Order for External Purchasing.

What is required of the candidate in this role:
  • Meticulous, detailed, high accuracy in order processing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • IT and digitally savvy
  • Possess a service-oriented attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese business associates
