Acts as Business Partner through providing a variety of HR services and programs to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met. Focus on talent acquisition and employee’s retention, engage coaching leaders and managers on organizational challenges, identifying and recommending responses to dynamic market trends.
 
The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Be partner with SEAP Management Team, regularly interacts with business leaders on strategic design, policy deployment and implementationHR of the strategy and priorities.
  • Develop policies, procedures and programs of the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Provide  ‘people’ solutions through data analysis for management decision making.  
  • Execute Compensation and Benefit programs to reward an engaged workforce across all businesses in South East region and APAC Headquarter Office.
  • Manage recruitment activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role, include advertising, interviewing, testing, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation/induction and introductory training;
  • Talent Development solutions will be created to strengthen core competencies and align with career frameworks, business requirements and align with business strategic priorities. Develop annual Training Plan and support business managers to fulfil the plan within the budget;
  • Drive a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, quality, achievement and values and behaviors. Chair and implement the organization`s performance management process.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement across SEAP.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including regular HR reporting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Minimum 10 years working experiences with 5+ years managerial experiences in handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employees Engagement and Business Partnering
  • Experiences in developing and facilitating organisational development programs and talent development programs in conjunction with business managers;
  •  Strong Influencing and Interpersonal skills dealing with people at various levels;
  •  Self-motivated, ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner;
  •  Computer literacy is essential, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  •  C&B expert and Strong at training and mentoring.
