Our client is actively searching for a Manager, Academic Affairs to join their team!

 Job Purpose
  • Manage and operationalize Chinese Executive Education (CEE) and Innovative Programmes that are managed by Academic Affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients/ partners to determine their training needs
  • Negotiate contractual agreements and prepare contracts
  • Manage ISO process
  • Ensure smooth delivery of programmes
  • Compile data for evaluation on the success of programmes
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff
  • Manage stakeholders which include local and overseas ministries and agencies
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in stakeholder management and experience in Chinese Executive Education
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and work effectively with staff, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess strong analytical, personal and human relationship skills
  • Highly committed with a good service-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrate strong planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate good organizational capabilities with an eye for details
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
