  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Corporate Card Administrator, Central Procurement Office to join their team!

Purpose
 
To administer the University Corporate Card Program to support an efficient, cost-effective and user friendly framework for making small value purchases and payment of travel-related expenditures.
 
The responsibilities of this role are:
 
•Review relevant policies and propose improvement to the University’s management then follow through to implementation.
•Ensures cardholders/authorized users understand and comply with the corporate card policy
•Handle card administration from application to termination.
•Responsible for corporate card contract administration and supplier relationship with card issuer.
•Provide user support users regarding corporate card policy, processes and help them resolve problem beyond their control.
•Review the current business relationship with the corporate card issuing bank on a regular basis to explore continuous improvements to the card program
•Perform research on the market and recommend the best possible alternative for the program which will meet the needs of the University
•Review and set-up an efficient electronic cost allocation / approval system for corporate card user and payment to the card issuer.
•Set-up management reporting framework on the card programme
•Review the existing corporate card policy and processes, rebuild the whole process where necessary to optimise the service delivery and value proposition.
•Study and recommend new applications for the use of Corporate Cards to enhance the University’s working capital position.
•Consolidate users’ feedback on card acceptance and work with card issuer’s acquisition team to improve their coverage.
•Conduct regular review with users and card issuer to improve the experience and program.
 

 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

•Degree in any discipline with 3-5 years of relevant working experience
•Good understanding and working knowledge on implementation of corporate card (Travel and P-Card) and related best practices.
•Comfortable with IT solutions, office software and corporate card related.
•Good interpersonal skills, reporting and communication skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Keen Financial acumen
•Creative thinking and the courage to change
