  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for an Executive, HR Corporate Services to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

HR Support
  • Support staff recruitment, liaise with various stakeholders to advertise for the roles, arrange interviews and ensure that new hires complete pre-employment formalities prior to formal appointments.
  • Support corporate staff in their training and development needs, including course registrations and training grant submissions.
  • Support performance management including staff confirmation and annual appraisals.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures and recommend improvements. You will also be involved in organisation-wide projects that have a HR angle, e.g. pay reviews, defining of job roles.
  • Provide administrative support in HR and leave matters.
  • Support the organisation of staff events such as Town Hall, Learning Day, staff welfare and recreational activities.
Corporate Services
  • Support operations through the procurement and management of non IT-related services. This includes overseeing the lease and maintenance of office premises, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, requisition of office and pantry supplies and general office administration.
  • Support IT team in the review and administration of staff IT user access.
  • Review corporate’s process and procedures, as well as develop and implement process enhancements, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate's operations.
 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR or corporate services.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and process skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
