  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Screen and answer calls.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls politely.
  • Greet and attend to visitors/guests with good customer service.
  • Serve walk-in customers and attend to their queries.
  • Handle mail couriers and franking of letters.
  • Handle general admin duties/paperwork e.g. filing and generating documents.
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of receptionist counter.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Cheerful and bubbly
  • Presentable and speaks fluently
  • Meticulous
  • Available from 24th December 2018 to 4th January 2019
  • Training will be provided
