  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a tertiary education institute, is currently looking for a Associate Director to join their esteemed organisation! If you are a dynamic individual seeking potential development and challenges in your career, then this role is for you!
To manage the secretarial and administrative functions in the Secretariat of the Board of Trustees which include but not limited to the following:
  • Write minutes of meetings and prepare resolutions
  • Ensure timely availability of papers and information before meetings
  • Follow-up on decisions made by the Board
  • Facilitate communication on Board matters between Chairman, Board members, President and senior management
  • Process the appointment and re-appointment to the Board/ Board Committee
  • Draft the annual report in relation to Board matters such as Chairman’s statement, Board members profile and Corporate Governance Statement.
  • Update and maintain statutory registers and records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely filing with ACRA and Charity Portal such as AGM, EGM and Annual Returns documents
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Trustees
  • Assist in the general administration of the department
  • Other duties as required.

In order to be qualified for the role, you will need to have the following:
  • Good university degree and holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications
  • At least 3 years of in-house corporate secretarial experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills is critical; a demonstrated flair for writing would be an advantage
  • A willingness to learn and attention to detail
  • Good team player with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people and confidential data
  • Meticulous, pleasant, mature and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good organizing abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  SALARY S$9,500.00 - S$10,000.00 per Month
