Our client, a Japanese MNC, is currently seeking a Personal Assistant for the President of the company. If you have experience in admin and secretarial work and is seeking new challenges in your career, read on!
The responsibilities of the role are:
  • Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support
  • Act as a point of contract between internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage proper filling of documents

The requirements of the person in this role:
  • Prior experience in admin and secretarial work
  • Good in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in Japanese language (JLPTN1 or 2)
  • Discretion and confidentiality
