Competencies

·        Min GCE O level with at least 2 yrs of administrative experience 
·        Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
 ·       Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills 
·        Proficient in MS Office applications 
·        5 ½ alternate work week 

Working Hours: Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm 
                Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)

ResponsibiliTies

·        To prepare invoices and repair orders 
·        Handle general office administration and oversee daily office affairs 
·        Handle walk-in clients and suppliers 
·        Manage the use of meeting and conference rooms 
·        To handle incoming calls and take messages 
·        Provide simple troubleshooting support to PCs, Printers, and any other Computer 
         Peripherals in an end-user environment

Experience

·        Min GCE O level with at least 2 yrs of administrative experience 
·        Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
 ·       Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills 
·        Proficient in MS Office applications

Salary

$1800 - $2200
