ResponsibiliTies

-Lead, formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales action plans with objectives to achieve orders, sales & margin targets
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in M&E Contracting (ACMV)
-Act as a technical and commercial interface for customers and responsible for the initial project execution set-up
-Partner with Procurement & Tendering, Projects Engineering and Contracts teams in quote development, bid submissions and commercial review of all bids / sales activities
-Monthly reporting of performance, which includes sales performance, action plan, order forecast, market information and environment, and customer service issues
-Maintain high level relationships with customers, development of business relationships & lead the development of improved customer service initiatives & communication strategies
-Market research & analysis of both potential customer base market & competitors’ market share
-Responsible for accounts receivables, implement appropriate corrective actions with Finance to maintain credit with defined limits

Experience

-More than 8 years’ sales & business development in M&E industry focusing of sales for ACMV contracting
-Good knowledge of energy efficiency under BCA & Green Mark requirements
