  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, is actively searching for a Assistant Logistics Manager (OCB) to join their team.

Job Description
  • Overall responsible for warehouse’s logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient support to customer’s logistics needs.
  • Oversee and manage operation team in ensuring daily operation targets are met.
  • To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety.
  • Ensure Quality Policy and objectives are understood, implemented and complied by the staff.
  • Manage and control daily operation activities to meet overall company business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and give directions by optimizing utilization of resources in the competitive business environment.
  • Identify root cause of complaints and provide solutions.
  • Supervisor and motivate a team of staffs to carry out daily activities.
  • Prepare budget and control expenses accordingly.
  • Keep up a high level of subordinates' morale and enthusiasm by showing appropriate assignment with constant check and feedback over communication. 

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate's must posses both warehousing cum customer service experience in 3PL.
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel (formula - V-lookup, pivot table..etc).
  • Experience in inventory management and process (cycle count, stock take).
  • Preferably with experience in handling or supervising a team of member/Staff.
  • Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure.
  • Preferably Senior Executives.
  • 0900hrs-1730hrs (Mon-Fri) , 0900hrs-1300hrs (Alternate Sat).
